Whole Food Medicine in a Nutshell

The foundation of health starts with whole food nutrition; unprocessed, fresh, seasonal, organic, genetically intact food.


The food plan we use was researched by Dr. Melvin Page circa 1940's. It is the most researched food plan in human history. The modern "Paleo Diet" essentially reflects Dr. Page’s "Phase I Healing Diet" and is a prescription for healthy eating that we fully embrace.


Given our toxic world, detoxification protocols are critical to good health.


Additionally, due to modern stressors and compromised ecology, we consider whole food supplements necessary for optimal health for most people.


Accruing the skills necessary to acquire and prepare whole foods as well as manage stress are key to success. We offer meal plans, reading lists, a video library, cooking classes, yoga therapy, massage therapy, and body-mind counseling.
